It was a close one...
Unfortunately, after all the votes were counted I came up short by about 3% of the total. It's been my honor to have had the privilege of serving my community in elected office for 8 years. A huge thanks to all those in the communities of Apex, Cary, Fairview, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Raleigh, Swift Creek & Willow Spring who supported my candidacy to be their state senator.
Whether it was as a councilman for my hometown of Apex, a school teacher and administrator, or as the Vice Chairman for the Wake Soil & Water Conservation District, I always tried my best to solve problems and serve others.
I sincerely wish each of you well and encourage you to continue to be involved in our democratic processes to improve our community.
